**New guidelines regarding masks** (updated August 31, 2022):
Masks are optional in the office at this time. We want to make our clients and staff as comfortable as possible while still maintaining a healthy environment for all. Please discuss with your therapist if you would like them to wear a mask during your time on the table. Additionally, your therapist may individually request that masks be worn during your session.
To Our Valued Clients
We are so excited to see you all again! Please read the following before your appointment.
Other office changes:
- Kindly respect others’ space while in the office..
- We encourage every client to wash their hands upon arrival at the office.
- We are limiting the number of clients in the office at any given time, and are extending the separation period between appointments to allow extra time to thoroughly clean and sanitize.
- If paying by credit card, we ask that you take advantage of the opportunity for contactless payments. Our terminal is equipped to take contactless "tap" credit card payments, as well as mobile wallet payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additionally, most major credit cards are increasing their CVM limits to allow for no signature requirements under $100. You will not be prompted for a signature under this amount. We are also requesting only cash gratuities at this time.
Additional precautions are in place to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff:
- Hand sanitizer available throughout the office.
- Placement of covered trashcans in restroom and staff storage area.
- Additional laundry storage hampers with covers.
- We have installed TRUE HEPA filter units in each of our treatment rooms and in our common area as an additional level of caution in stopping the spread of Covid-19 and other viruses.
- All surfaces (including massage tables, pillows, bolsters and chairs) will be protected by an impermeable, sanitizable barrier which will be cleaned after each use.
- Circulation fans will be used between treatments to encourage ventilation between appointments.
- When feasible, the front door will be propped open to allow for fresh air circulation.
